Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a powerful approach that brings the wisdom of the body to the forefront of healing. In our sessions, we’ll focus on the connection between your mind and body, using movement, breath, and sensory awareness to explore the internal sensations that shape your experiences. This practice helps you access the felt sense—the subtle, intuitive feelings within—and use them as a guide to transform emotional blocks, pain, or trauma into a greater sense of pleasure, confidence, and well-being. Somatic therapy allows you to deepen your awareness of your body, creating space for more authentic expression, intimacy, and healing.

Cyclical Wellness Therapy

Cyclical wellness begins with listening for the subtle signals that rise and fall throughout each phase of an internal cycle. Breath, mood, energy, appetite, and intuition all carry clues that guide a person toward deeper regulation. When we slow down enough to feel these rhythms they become teachers. This approach helps the body trust itself again and creates space for emotional clarity to emerge with greater ease.
